yes, it is a stingray. I was surprised that in a place called stingray bay there actually were stingrays, but I guess that comes from my experience with suburb names like 'wooded meadow streams.'
I thought it was a trick question! It was so OBVIOUSLY a stingray I just thought it must be something so totally opposite, that I just thought of the most ridiculous thing that came to my mind. (not really, I really thought it was a dog)
